Fixes:
- Fixed the progress bar of the engineer.
- The Plague Treatment journal entry now adds the treatment of plague instead of scarlet when finished. This should solve a weird exploit to get infinite medical prestige.

Removed the sound effect from the diseases and reduced the intensity of the graphical effects.

Marian Apparitions:
- Marian Apparitions can happen.
- There are two kinds of Marian Apparitions: Historical and Random Apparitions.
- Historical Apparitions: La Salette, Lourdes, Knock and Fátima. These will always happen in their historical location and will be stronger in the first event.
- Random Apparations may happen in every country which has a state with a stron catholic population.
- First reaction to apparition will set the course of positive or negative events.
- Be aware that not every country can act positively when the Mother of God appears, and others can't act in a negative way. For exmaple, countries with catholicism and state religion will not act against the appartition; and atheistic governments will not welcome her.
- 10 different events may happen when the Virgin appears.

FIFA:
- Added new Sports character coach.
- Added Foundation of the FIFA. Works like IOC or AIACR with special building.
- FIFA is needed to create Football World Cup.
- Every national team has a certain value depending on SOL, Literacy, Petty Bourgeoise Cloud and Football Tradition.
- Additionally, positive traits of a national coach will give a better chance to win. Inspiring traits like charismatic, ambitious etc. will help the team, intimitading traits like wrathful, cruel etc. will hinder the team.
- First World Cup will take place in the country which startet it. Next Worldcups will be random, taking place in countries which have a Football Association.
- Eight Countries with the highest Team Value will be qualified for World Cup. The country with the highest GAME VALUE (Team Value + Coach) will win the World Cup.
- You can change your coach, usurp the FIFA Presidency and start a school sports program, too.

Venus Transit:
- Venus Transit has now its own Scientific Expeditions Button.
- Venus Transit can happen in 1874 and 1882.
- The player will be notified when an expedition is possible.
- Depending on location, an expedition is necessary; when the country is in the zone of a Venus Transit, it can observe it directly. The zones have their own concept (so you can have a look at it).
- 6 possible events when doing an expedition to a country within a Venus Transit Zone. If the expedition is a subject of the country, no negative events will occur.
- Additional events, experience of astronomer and luck will be crucial for the success of the observation. A higher success will give a better modifier after the observation.

Bicycles:
- Bicycle Relay Mobilization Option was added to the Reconnaissance. This is an earlier option before Motorized Infantry. Needs rubber.
- Two events concenring the evolution of the bicycle. Under certain circumstances, a mechanical engineer can invent the safety bicycle.
- JE for Great Bicycle Races (known as Tour de France or Giro d'Italia). Will only trigger if the safety bicycle was invented somewhere.
- After the first race, six different bike race events may appear randomly at irregular intervals.

Basketball:
- Added JE, Event and Modifier for the invention of Basketball.

Artusi:
- Added a possible event for Italy about the Artusi, Italy's most important collection of recipes in this time period and a base for a national cuisine.

Changes:
- When the Papal State forms Italy, it will no longer be known as "Kingdom of Heaven" but "Apostolic Kingdom of Italy", which would be much more historical.
- Moved Hot Air Balloon Reconnaissance Mobiliziation from Reconnaissance to Air Reconnaissance.
- Renamd MR Balloon Reconnassaince Mobilization to Early Balloon Reconaissance to differentiate it more form the Vanilla Balloon Reconnaissance.
- Moved Aircraft Reconaissance Mobilization to Aircraft.

2.3.7a "Marsh"
