Time, Timezones and Prime Meridian:
- Each country starts with a negative modifier in the absence of a standard time.
- The invention of railway or telegraphy improves this modifier to "Railway Time".
- An astronomer can help establish a true standard time in a nation and turn the negative modifier into a positive one.
- If enough nations have a standard time, international time zones and the Prime Meridian can be introduced. It's possible that this won't be Greenwich.
- The Prime Meridian confers astronomical prestige; after all, all observatories orient themselves by it.
- Nations participating in the International Meridian Conference can then decide whether to adhere unconditionally to the time zone system or stick to a national time zone.
- Added Achievement "It's Greenwich ... right?" - Make sure the prime meridian is aligned with your observatory.

National Sports:
- Organized Sports is now a Tier 3 technology.
- New technology Sports Clubs (Tier 2) was introduced for the most basic sports settings.
- New technology International Sports (Tier 4) was introduced for the more advanced sports setting you know from earlier Morgenröte versions.
- Cricket, Baseball, Football and Basketball are available national sports. The inventor ("Motherland") gains more prestige and diplomatic influence for every country which adopts the sport as national sport.
- The player can change the national sport if another sport has set foot in his country; this will radicalize the sports community. AI will not change national sports, except if they are not the motherland of an existing sport and become the motherland of a new sport.
- Cricket is invented from the beginning, the motherland is the UK. It will only spread via subjects and bloc members.
- Baseball can be invented in North America. It will only spread in North America, Central America and Japan, or via subjects and bloc members.
- Football can be invented in Europe or South America. It will spread everywhere.
- Basketball can be invented by everyone. It will spread everywhere.
- Sports Facilities is a new building. First PMG has three different PMs: Sports Field, Sports Facility, Sports Stadium. Other PMGs for the Sports Clubs.
- Coaches can have, depending on the national sport, one of these traits: Cricket Player, Baseball Player, Football Player, Basketball Player. Naturally, a baseball trainer will give a baseball team an advantage.
- Power Blocs and Overlords can organize an international championship in their own national sport (Like a Confed Cup) for all their other bloc members or subject. You need at least 3 other bloc members or subjects to do this. Be aware that this will only work for football if you are not member of the FIFA (they won't allow a rival event!).
- FIFA Board will change every 5 years. Power Status is very important, countries with a good football team will have chances, too.
- Only the President and Board Members are available as hosts for a FIFA World Cup.
- Founding the FIFA needs Mass Culture.
- Hosting the FIFA World Cup needs a Stadium and 16 FIFA Members.
- You may join and leave the FIFA if you want.
- School Sport is now in the "Coach" section and needs a Senior Coach to be introduced.
- Home Counties, West Bengal and Ontario start with a Sports Facility, Cricket Clubs and Cricket as National Sport. Additionally, New York starts with a Sports Facility, but no clubs (giving the USA some help to invent Baseball).

Olympic Games:
- Olympic Games have now Olympic Disciplines associated with medals. There are 16 classical Olympic Disciplines. The 4 national sports can become Olympic Disciplines, too. Therefore, 20 Disciplines and 20 medals are possible.
- The 16 Disciplines are: Athletics, Archery, Boxing, Cycling, Equestrian Sports, Fencing, Gymnastics, Hockey, Rowing, Polo, Sailing, Shooting, Swimming, Tennis, Weightlifting, Wrestling.
- Every country starts with a specific Olympic Discipline in which it excels. It has a higher chance to get a medal in this area.
- The first Olympic Games will have 8-10 Disciplines. More Disciplines can be added with more IOC members.
- The IOC consists of 1 President and 14 Board Members. The Board composition has been changed a bit: 4 Great Powers, 2 Major Powers, 2 Random European Powers, 2 Random American Powers, 2 Random Asian Powers, 1 Random African Power, 1 Random Oceanian Power.
- Sports Stadium, not Sports Facilities, gives an Olympic advantage.
- Bribing the IOC to become host of the Olympic Games should be more successfull. Instead of a timed modifier, you can cancel the bribing after four years. Bribing will not change relations anymore. Bribing is a cost modifier instead of a one time sum. AI will not bribe the IOC.

Medicine:
- No negative epidemic disease events will trigger anymore if you have a treatment for that disease.
- The events Ancient Disease, Strange Medicine and Herbel Remedies will only trigger once per game.

Chemistry, Physics & Geology:
- Added Radioactivity Tech.
- Radium will be theorized, discovered and isolated by the first nation which invents radioactivity via event.
- The Noble Gases Radon, Neon, Argon, Krypton, Xenon can be theorized, discovered and isolated seperately.
- Helium can be isolated.
- Removed Noble Gases JE.
- Uranium Mine is available with Radioactivity Tech, not Modern Physics.
- Uranium Glass PM is available with Radioactivity Tech, not Modern Physics.
- Modern Physics PM in the Observatory does not need Uranium anymore.
- Your Geologist finds Uranium Deposits via Geological Research if you researched Radioactivity Tech, not Modern Physics.
- New action for geologist: Uranium Expedition. Send your geologist on a worldwide search for uranium. After five years, he will establish a mine in a uranium state. However, you need to do your own treaty to import that uranium to your nation.
- When playing with historical Uranium Deposits, the owner of Joachimsthal (Bohemia) will get immediately the Uranium State Trait and an Uranium Mine after discovering the Radioactivity tech; historically, this is the place were Uranium was originally found in the early 19th century.
- Added Spectroscopy Tech.
- Spectroscopic Analysis PM is now available with Spectroscopy Tech, not Electromagnetism.
- Fraunhofer Lines triggers with the invention of Spectroscopy Tech.

Aviation:
- Added Air War Doctrin Tech. This is needed for Strategic bombing MO.
- Added Airlines Tech. This is needed for airports. It also adds +1 company, so you are guaranteed to found an airline.

Ballooning:
- Added Gordon Bennett Cup. It can be established with an action in the Balloonist GUI. Every two years, the best distance Balloonist will win the race.

Mountaineering:
- After the first triggering of a trait event for a mountaineer, this event will only trigger in a hidden manner and you will be notified via notification. For example, if your mountaineer has become "brave" once, the next mountaineer will only receive a notification that they have become brave, since you are aware of the event.
- The Alpine Club needs Organized Sports instead of Nationalism to be founded.

Localization:
- Internal: Tried to order the locs from the mr_GUI file to mr_gui_sports_vikelas_racer, mr_gui_sports_vikelas_mechanic, mr_gui_sports_vikelas_coach and mr_gui_sports_vikelas_olympics for a better overview.

Other Changes:
