Remake Assassin unit, now it has unique skill tree.
Adjust unit costs and govorner promotions.
Add bonus in spies. Adjust greatwork slot.
Now only Assassins can build unique improvement.
The function of "The Eye" now works for those improvements built after the building constructed.
Now this mod won't stop you from playing RF ruleset games (though new secret society is not avaliable in this situation).
