Added radiation immunity for creatures that spawn naturally in the Radiation zone:
Microraptor
Desmodus
Bloodstalker
Fjordhawk
Onyc
Vulture

(Luminescent Karkinos and Rock Drake naturally have immunity)

Added all creatures to the allowed downloads, meaning they can be downloaded and released from cryopods/soul traps without needing to enable foreign dinos

Added a config to disable all ridable fliers from spawning and being downloadable/releaseable

Added a config to replace all creatures with a Luminescent variant with said variant

Fixed wild Luminescent Rock Drake egg classname
