Client buff for craft cost fix on dedi

fixed my debug

Fixed bug making drake configs not work if they were remapped because i forgot to remove my debug
added saddle engrams remapping gasbags and thorny saddle, to make them learnable on ab (why do no runtime edits not want to work on engrams)
added code to change the cost of thorny saddle to use blue gems instead of clay if on ab, except it doesnt work because i forgot to remove my debug off of testmaparea

config to disable it:
PreventSaddleCostEdits

Removed another easy nest point, fixed nest spawns again, fixed egg aggro edits and config

Altered egg aggro range and egg spawn distance (unless remapped, which will use vanilla values unless configured otherwise). Removed some nest points that were too easy to access

Added new configs:
EggAggroRange
EggSpawnRange

Reworked some remap logic, test fix for drake egg spots [nope still broken]

Fixed Summoned Aberrant Raptors having melee disabled instead of pounce

Redesigned Luminescent Drake spawns

Fixed Luminescents always being remapped
