Hotfix #1

- Fixed a bug where the play might have not been teleported by the Portal in the introduction, if they used teleport and the duration of the teleport was longer than 0.1s - Increased the delay before Portal is activated to 0.5s

- Optimised VIS in the Long Hallway to show the ceiling lights correctly

- Minor changes to NPC spawn positions and minor supply rebalance
