- Removed the military factories from the Italo-German Strategic Cooperation Pact.

- "Integrate the Coats" no longer cores Ljubljana.

- Adjusted the buffs for the German Air Innovations focuses.

- New news events.

- "Synthetic Experiments" now gives less fuel per synthetic refinery.

- "Developments in Extraction" now gives less fuel per oil.

- "Expand Kontinentale Ol" now gives less max fuel capacity.

- The R.A.D. national spirit has been nerfed from a maximum of 15% construction speed to 5% speed.

- Adjusted the "German Rearmament" national spirit.

- Modified the Peenemunde Research Facility bonuses
