Update 08.01.23

- All typical clothing that would be able to get holes can now get holes within this mod
- All clothes capable of getting holes has a fabric type defined so they can be tailored/patched/repair with adequate skills
- All of the clothes that are now patchable received a small nerf of 5-10 on scratch/bite/bullet to accommodate the gains from adding patches
- Not matching vanilla standards Bullet Styled Vests and Modded Shoes were made repairable (HCustom specific shoes/boots)
- Added replacement textures for patches to provide a different visual experience to the vanilla Leather/Denim/Cotton(sheet) patches
- Added a slightly less grime layer for dirt (easily reverted back if you want the typical super dirty visuals from walking a few feet in game)
- Added a couple NPC outfits
- Added a new Longcoat / Jacket
- Added a new 2 outfits and one outfit has 6 variants

- Fixed the call to the correct ground models for Lite versions of Elite Combat Bags
- Reduced the base stats of Plate Armor and HCustom Special Suits
- Removed some areas of protections on HCustom Special Suits as they lead to OP stats
- Added a sandbox option to nerf items further if needed
- Added in some redundancy checks in item distributions lua code
- Removed attachment point for taskforce helmet as it does not have a bag model

Modular Bags:
- Added in the remaining public color options for modular bags: Leather, Olive, Pink, Tan, White, & Woodland
- Added in those color options Modular Canteens, Medkits, and Extra packs
- Added in the Bag Patch option on Max version of modular bags
- Added a variety of bag patches including one SD logo patch
- Added a bedroll specific attachment so you can now use the container slot for actual containers

Completely New additions
- Sunday Best Outfit
- Elite Combat Gear 3 version: Blush, Tranquil, and Amber
- Elite Combat Backpacks 7 color options: Graffiti, Retro, Sunrise, Celadon, Gambose, Laguna, and Watchet
- New backpacks mirror the stats of modular bags.
- New backpacks mirror the attachment options as modular bags.
- New backpacks include a secondary small matching container that can be attached to either these bags or modular bags

Attachment Compatability
- Worked through some attachment points to work alongside Noir (a lot of work to do a full transition so maybe another day)
- Most containers should now work in the container slot that did not work previously
- Flashlights were reworked as well to include prepper plus the one's Noir includes
- Lanterns can now be attached to the flashlight spot of either modular bags or elite combat backpacks
- Chest Rigs should also now work with appropriate Flashlights
- Included proper translations for attachment slots
