Updated for Stellaris 4.0

Changed shadowgate installation scale from 39 to 37.75 in the shadowgaterealspacepatch/gfx/models/~shadowgate_entites_rs.asset file down at line 84 to get rid of some model clipping issues with shadowrifts.
