Minor cockpit menu fix to correct the light grouping.

Corrected the Custom Data information to display cargo correctly on the cockpit screens, and added four downward-directed spotlights to increase the lighting/viewing distance when mining. Lastly, I rearranged the cockpit's G-menu to move the battery recharge/auto switch to the main menu.
