Added shield regen 5% to "Goddess" commander, so large ship like Attack Moon and Behemoth Planetcraft shield recharge at more reasonable rate. 1% is too low and 10% seems too high.

I'm in no mood to try make shield regen ship component.

To think I notice this issue after playing for 6,700 hours..........

Added Karen and Anastasia portraits.

Hotfix Chihaya in "Rainbow" costume portrait being shown as scientist.

- Added Matsuri and Tsumugi portraits
- Replaced 1 Xenovia portrait.

- Replace 1 Black Heart portrait
- Rework a few Imas portraits
- Added new Imas portrait group. Be warned that I will update this group as I please, meaning portrait might shuffle within week or even days.
- This group also include Ranko too. Can't say I will include other Cinderella Girls or not.

Re-worked a few Imas portraits.
Also sneak in a few Ranko pics but not included in-game just yet.
