Change in Syncretic Evotion's custom trait "Replicant (S.E.)" as follow.
- User may only add this on Empire creation, not mid-game.
- It should be remove-able mid game in case player find it not appealing.
- Scripts copied from Machine's initial traits.
- This should prevent AI add this trait randomly despite of preventive scripts.

Update a few White Heart portraits.
Side note: i can confirm Stellaris does cause computer to freeze, not just the game itself for some reason.
May have something to do with Window 11 December updates.

Update 2 Shirabe pics.
Update localization for Japanese, Russian, Korean and Simp_Chinese(?).
"Update" here I mean copy and pasted English into those localization to make them readable. Not actual translation.

I won't bother test them out myself, you have to tell me any problem with them yourself. Provided I can even do anything about it....

To anyone who want to translate yourself, some contents are not in use and I don't know what I've typed in most of the time!
