Rework the dna profile of vanilla exclusive french characters : Clemenceau, Boulanger, Mac-Mahon, Bazaine and Foch.

Adding 12 generals with dna profile.

Change the IG of Georges Clemenceau from Intelleligentsia to Trade Unions.
