Update to clothing light reflections.

Added a bone for the backpack.

Changed how the clothing and helmet are shaded with reflections.
Fixed the right arm clipping through the armor vest.
Adjusted how the backpack moves with the model.
Refined the NVG bodygroups.
Fixed not being able to remove the backpack through a bodygroup.
Added a bodygroup for the hood.
