• One of the community's beefs with the Shadows of Change DLC is that the powercreep is getting kinda outta control. Recognizing that I'm guilty of this too, the RODENT Team Veteran trait has been nerfed to try and be a little more fair:
  • Hero action success chance decreased from +20% to +15%.
    
  • Enemy Hero action success chance increased from -20% to -15%.
    
  • Hero self-defence chance of wounding aggressors increased from +20% to +35%.
    
  • Leadership when fighting against Skaven decreased from -8 to -15.
    
  • Leadership during ambushes for all units in the army increased from +8 to +10.
    
  • Important new change: if an attempt to wound or assassinate another agent critically fails, the CSC veteran could explode! An unfortunate habit picked up from spending way, way too much time fighting Clan Skryer. 😥
• New: an AI ally may ask the CSC for help with removing an undercity if they cannot do it themselves for some reason???
  
• Fixed: Skaven Denial trait removal for CSC veterans is hideously inefficient.
  
• Fixed: the Emergency Bulletin text is weird about describing the location of the plague priest.
  
• Changed: The get_random_ancillary_key_for_faction function changed in 4.1 to literally fail if it "can't" find an "appropriate" item, so now we use a bootleg version of said function to guarantee an item your faction probably doesn't appear to maybe possibly have yet.
  
• Changed: CSC veterans come with at least one item already equipped.

• New: Ulrika gets a buff to finding Skaven under-cities.
  
• Fixed: only one undercity's destruction is acknowledged if multiple undercities are destroyed per turn by a single faction.
