Updated logs UI where you first see a list of all detectors and can open all their logs.

Added an ini:
OpenDetectorLogsHotkey=0
- Values between 1 to 12. 0 = disabled. This ini will make F1 - F12 a hotkey to open the detector logs.

Decreased the size of the player detector.
Background of the log entries is darker.
You can now open all logs from the radial menu. (Hold "R")
You can now open all logs from all player detectors in the same menu.
Fixed the "Clear Logs" button not always working.
Sometimes when the detector goes into stasis, all dinos in range of the detector would log as "exited". This should be fixed now.
You can now give a name to you detectors, this name will appear in the notifications.
