- Updated Minor Economy modifications, and reverted the change to gas street lights in urban centers, they now consume coal like it has always been in vanilla.

- Assimilation rate was increased from %0.2 to %1.
- Minimum assimilation and conversion per state was increased from 10 to 100.

These assimilation changes will notably improve performance late-game!
