@ UPDATE

- Updated state transfer tool, which now adds a "Revoke State" action for puppets, with a cooldown of 12 months. It now also sends an event to the target country to notify them of the state transfer, and impacts relations by 25 positive\negative.

@ UPDATE
- Integrated Explosives Industry mod, a great mod made by me that separates fertilizers and explosives by creating a new building "Explosives Industry". You cannot industrialize by fertilizing mines!
