Minor fixes for Bubble Shield.

Fixed the problem that damage calculation of Bubble Shield was not working as intended, slightly improving performance.

Fixed the problem that Bubble Shield checked certain hediffs multiple times.

Added additional checks to make sure Bubble Shield won't remove Mechlink or Psylink.

Using EMP against buildings without hitpoints should now be less likely to crush your game (at the cost of some performance).
