Reverted because of issues with new pack file.

- Reverted B41 pack file due to some issues

- Added functionality for custom TV for both B41 and B42
- All sheets now available in BrushTool

- Another hotfix for the radio issue

- Fixed an issue relating radio items

- Added functionality for B42

- Fixed a few tileproperties for Movables

- For now removed custom bedding sheets because not working properly
- Minor tileproperties changes for various tiles

Lots of new tiles, especially for the new map "Shortrest City" to work propery. No changes, just updated and new tiles! (Just re-sub to the mod for proper functionality)

- Added missing tileoproperty "wallstyle" to garage doors (thanks to Elyon for bug report!)
