Fixes:
-Fixes issue with civilians crowding the entrance
-Fixed the placement of certain walls that used to clip through the top floor
-Removed some civilians from the map to lower crowding.

Balance:
-Added more loose cash
-Added more secret files
-Added money to more employee areas.
