ConVars now are saved in garrysmod/data/mcitem_config.json.
Use mcitem_saveconfig 0 to disable this behavior.

Fixed issue where errors would occur upon killing an NPC that doesn't have a GetActiveWeapon() method.

* Fixed ArcCW weapons not displaying correctly (they still may look weird but its better than nothing)
* Greatly improved performance involving NPCs
