- Research Powl resetting active research. Technically their fault. Now Semi Random Research re-selects the active research if there should be one active.
- Researches not being rerolled properly if "Balance cost of offered choices" is disabled.

- Research options that could no longer be started, will be removed from the list of available projects. They will reappear if they can be started again, and no reroll occured.
- Added caching for ResearchProjectDefs. Should improve performance.
- Only check every 360 ticks (or when a research was just completed, or the Research UI was just open) for new researches if auto research is enabled. Should improve performance when auto reseach is active.
- Auto research will no longer disable if no options are available.
- Changed Color-Scheme to make anomaly researches better readable. Active research is now highlighted by a yellow border.

- Setting to prevent researches from being re-offered if offered recently. Default for this setting is 3 re-rolls/research completions. If you want to disable this set it to 0. Note if not enough non recently shown researches can be offered, it will also offer some random recently shown researches. These are NOT prioritized regarding how recently they were shown to prevent them from cycling and therefor become predictable.
