This is probably the biggest update Overlord has had to date.

Additions

Focus tree extensions for Germany and the Allies. For Germany, Influence-related focuses are now available to tie in to the Influence system. For the Allies, focuses regarding your alliance are now available.

In addition to Cohesion, there is now the element of the Free French to contend with. They present a significant problem for you to deal with.

Other stuff.

-Soviet Arrival event re-implemented, dramatic increase in units for the Soviets as well as some for Germany based on Army Group Steiner.
-Reworked how Charles de Gaulle works in the mod. He now has a more significant role in the Allies as he did in reality (you can also choose how to deal with im and possibly even replace him).
-Buffed Charles de Gaulle as an advisor. But he is now a bit trickier to get.
-Some changes to the focus trees of both sides. Mainly balance.
-Additional loading screens to replace some of the...lesser art.
-Edits and fixes to localisation. There are still some issues out there however.
-Removed requirements to take most of the Influence Decisions.
-Influence decisions are now colour-coded - those that increase influence and those that decrease it.
-Influence decisions have had their PP cost reduced.
-State improvements on Cornwall and Greater London.
-Better menu screen added. Social buttons removed. Improved loading screens to replace lower quality images.
-Additional Army Spirits for both sides.
-Panther A, D and G models added courtesy of Kakheti Kartii
-German infantry models added courtesy of MI.
-Reduction in Allied unit training times early on has been reduced. Allows to get more units as Allies quicker.
-More factories for the Allies.
-Fixed not being able to remove the "Submarine Menace" idea.
-Removed generic tech graphics for Germany. All generic-ness should now be gone from Germany.
-All ideas should now have GFX.
-Edited how Allied AI takes focuses, so D-Day should happen in a more historical time-frame.
-Increased Allied military factories slightly.
-Upon launching D-Day the Allies recieve a buff, while the Germans recieve a debuff. This will penalise the Germans if they guess where D-Day will land incorrectly.
-States missing infrastructure have had them restored.
-Some more VPs added.
-Allies and Axis de-genericified.
-Additional ports and air bases for the Allies across southern Britain.

-Fixed the AI not invading Normandy properly.

-Removed some ports in Flanders as there were too many.
-Allied BBA Air designs now correctly designated as Heavy Fighter, Fighter etc.
-The American infantry template has been adjusted so it is more historically accurate. The "Regiment" has been split into slightly smaller Battalions.
-Reduced casualty amount to trigger drops in Allied public opinion. The Public Opinion should also now actually change.
-Fixed issues with history files causing air to not show up for non-bba users.
-Added "Landing Craft" technology to the Allies.
=Operation dragoon's lack of supply has been alleviated slightly.
-OOBs now IN for BBA owners. I have also altered the air OOB so it doesnt contain any strat bombers at the start. You can acquire bombers through a focus/decision as the Allies.
-Buffs for both AI as they are dumb. Namely, the Allied AI Now has an event for D-Day where units spawn at the preselected beaches. And as Germany, if htey lose too many units they will recieve large amounts of reinforcements.
-Air in Pre BBA has been fixed. It's there now.
-I have reworked slightly how you acquire air power as the Allies. In particular, you must now physically aqcuire strategic bombers.
-Some new focus icons added. More are coming.
-Reworked how Overlord is sctivated by the Allies. You must now complete specific focuses to get approval for the invasion.
-The way to get the "Historical Ending" is now tied to the "Liberate France" decision. Taking this will block the "Allied Defeat" ending.
-The way to get the "Allied Defeat" ending event is now clearer, and should work properly.
-Hainaut state VPs added.
-Map improvements in border precision and accuracy to a few French states, mainly in the south.
-VPs added in a couple of other French states.
-Increased industrial for both sides by around 30-40%. Also scattered more industrial buffs throughout both focus trees. IE There's alot more factories to go around now!
-I have altered the number of trains required to supply your armies. It has been dramatically reduced as the map is zoomed in.
-Increased HP of all trains so they are harder to destroy,
-Added a ton more trains to Germany at the start, they have a mixture of armoured, advanced, and basic trains.
-If AI Germany loses too many units, they will get replacements!
-Localisation added to Luxembourg liberation event
-Additional starting units for Germany - I have doubled the number of infantry, mechanized and panzer units they start with.

-The Dday landing decision is ACTUALLY fixed this time.
-Allied air designs complete for BBA Owners.
-German air designs mostly done for BBA owners.
-Added the "Band of Brothers" theme from the HBO show, as well as Medal of Honor Frontline theme to Overlord Radio.

-Four new VPs added to the Oise state.
-Fixed the bugged D-Day decision causing the "Allied Defeat" ending, even if D-Day succeeded.
-I have started adding air designs for the Allies. This is still a work in progress, as the bombers are still missing (along with Germany's aircraft).
