It's almost been 1 year since this mod is out, with the leader update a while ago, it seemed to have broke stuff, anyways I fixed it.

Ok so apparently the update did not go through so er yea that's a bit awkward, just discovered this issue when I tried playing Stellaris again after a few months on a new PC and realised the tech was broken so anyways here it is have fun with it!
