- Added bigger max steering angle.

BIG PHYSICS UPDATE!
Steering the car should be much easier now and thats thanks to:
- Smaller steering angle (I cant change steering sensitivity when modding rf but changing max steering angle kinda helps).
- Made drifting more essential. To drift press "S" and steer left or right.
- Car is heavier now and represents his real life counterpart much more.
- Car accelerates more aggresively.
