The Frenchman now deals large AOE damage

The Frenchman can now see outlines of players through walls when they acitvate

Frenchman baguette now one-shot kills by default

Hopefully finally fixed HUD errors

- Fixed not showing "THE FRENCHMAN WINS!" for non-french people
- Fixed Frenchman blocking traitor/innocent wins when they should have won
- Fixed HUD errors being cause by equipment item names not being reset from French properly
