Added Ethereal Dragons; requires you to get an adult dragon to the Void (not too hard) and also have a massive quantity of resources. Also needs the 4th level rits unlocked.

yet another huge update; long story short, rituals less irritating, new mastery option (same power just different costs), and eggs are now PROMOTIONS instead of KILLING the priest and spawning an egg.
