Fixed this mod on Government Authorities of Democratic / Oligarchic / Corporate.

Due to bug which prevents Chosen One trait to be applied "directly" to the current ruler if Government Authority is Dictatorial or Imperial, these empire's rulers still cannot obtain Chosen One trait by this mod.

I have posted a bug report on the steam forum, hope Paradox can fix it.

Paradox has fixed the bug, now this mod will function correctly:

"3.8.2 BUG FIX:
Fixed a bug where permanent rulers would not get their ascension perks when finishing the special projects to convert them."

Update to 3.8.*
No longer set the country_flag "shroud_vision_10", so players now regain the second chance to obtain a new Chosen One leader if the old one provided by Chosen Messiah Trait has died of accident.

Localization fix.

A new alternative version of Chosen Messiah trait has been added to prevent the Divine Sovereign event from triggering on the specific empire.
Fix a bug that cause civic icons arrangement to be weird.

Update for 3.6.1
Fix a bug that Chosen Messiah event didn't correctly set country flag "shroud_vision_10", which cause the chosen leader sometimes doesn't necessarily appear on the list of candidates during some shroud communication events.

Fix a bug that the Chosen Ruler will incorrectly acquire a duplicate Psionic Ruler trait when player has chosen the Transcendence ascension perk. Note that this fix is not real-time when Transcendence is selected, but will correctly remove the duplicate Psionic Ruler trait just right after the end of that current month.

Fix a bug that the Chosen Messiah trait might raise slave cost if the species are sold on the slave market.

Fix a bug that adding the Chosen One trait didn't correctly remove the duplicate Psionic Ruler trait if player has chosen the Shroudwalker Teacher origin.
