Fixed minor issue with the "send Emissary Interaction"

- A lot of changes described on the discussion thread

- Added the "Request Military Advice" interaction

Three major features have been added which, I hope, will enhace Roleplayig:

Added a game rule (enable or disable in game rules) that enables the face expressions of portraits to reflect their opinion about the player.
- Enabled: Known characters face expressions on portraits in main view will reflect their opinion about the player
- Based on personality: Works as above but tracherous characters will not chnge their expression, regardless of their opinion about the player.

The other option that has been added, which synergizes with the above is the ability to show or hide characters' opinion about the player.
In my opinion, this coupled with the hidden portraits, makes the game much more RP and rewarding. Try it! it's optional.

And also, added lists of several unmarried characters to the feast activity, so that they can be invited if the player is looking for potential spouses.

- Characters that are in the same location will have their portraits shown
- Fixed numerous issues

- Fixed issue where inheritable traits would show when proposing marriage
- Military information that is supposed to be hidden is now hidden in notifications and the declare war screen

-added a rule that enables or disables portraits for unknown characters being shown. (enable or disable in game rules when starting a new game)

- Fixed issue that made military information visible when the player is a child
- Opinion of councillors in Council window is now visible

- updated so that icons for Romance and seduce scheme match the new patch
