Another translation update!

This one adds Spanish translation kindly provided by Vireca, thanks very much for that!

It also adds Chinese (Traditional) and Chinese (Simplified) translations, which were created and posted up by NEP IS LIFE - thank you kindly!

Translation update as follows:

- Thai translations have been added, thanks very much to Overlord for providing it. They tell me that due to the many strange words in this mod, it's not 100% perfect though, so apologies in advance for that.

- Added Russian translation for various weapon tooltips. Thanks again to Ксерокопия члена for keeping it up to date. Cheers!

Update!

- Added tooltips for the Defiler, Despoiler, Army Mattock, Spiff Army Knife, Splitting Maul, Crash Axe, Combat Knife, Gladius, Pulaski Axe, Utensil Tool, Adze, Halberd, Multitool and the Jackknife that serve as information on what functions those tools and weapons can provide.

- Fixed error with the translation files, a file was named incorrectly causing tooltip translations to not work.

- Changed the name of the loot distribution file to something less generic, as this was causing issues with other mods that used the same file name, cancelling out any mods lower on the mod priority order, effectively disabling all loot spawns for those mods.

- Added Russian translation, big thanks to Ксерокопия члена for providing it! Sorry it took so long.

- Fixed my mistake of forgetting to include an "EN" folder with the English translation file. Whoops!
- Also added translation files for the Recipes and Tooltips of various weapons as well.

Added ItemName_EN English translation for the main mod and the sub mod - this should hopefully help anyone who wants to provide a translation of this mod for other languages. Thanks to any and all who might offer up their translations.
