Updated Oshkosh P-15 Crash Tender Replica.

-Added windshield wipers
-added angled windshield
-added fire suits in the orange bags behind the turrets
-added more lights that were missing

-Made the horn more closely match a recording I found of the P-15 sounding it's airhorn.
-changed the turrets to a human-operated design (sulimulated) with a handle. Turrets no longer need engine pressure to rotate.
-tuned the engine to improve shifting and PTO behavior.
