Updated for patch 2.4

- fixed an issue where tier 3 upgrades were locked
- adjustments to the bonuses provided to Plague Claw Catapults and Warp Lightning Cannons
- updated background images for the both the Plague Claw Catapults and Warp Lightning Cannons to match vanilla counterparts
