Changed Health Bar Easing

Added new sounds for Headshots and Limbshots.

Added the setting to adjust Player Damage Multiplier
(Previously was 4x)

Added the setting to adjust Player Take Damage Multiplier.

This scales how much damage the player should take. Use 0.1x for Game values.
