Made the tech changes for the coil using 5TWO, made the damage changes for the Beam version, so that they are in par with the 5 tier system

Added support for WSR plugin :

- It cover the base, mag, laser, coil and beam shotgun


- Changed the infiltration time from +3h to +5h
