Fixed actions to Deploy, Put Away, and Attach disappearing on respawn

Removed the following line:
_trg setVectorDirAndUp [vectorDir _trg vectorAdd (_towVel vectorMultiply 0.01), vectorUp _trg];

This should make vehicle movements far more natural and cause less visible stuttering. Unfortunately this means vehicles can and will likely at times be towed sideways or roll over for no reason - nothing that can be done there, I don't think
