SUITOR: fixed typos in description; properly tagged pumps as ballast; placed additional crew spawnpoints; added cargo spawnpoint

Switched the bottom-left coilgun with a double coilgun instead; added an electric discharge coil at the bottom of the sub; renamed the shuttle to "Suitor" and enabled being able to play it separately; increased price from 21000 Marks to 33000 to bring it up to par with the new vanilla standards

Changed the top-right hardpoint to a heavy one; placed an additional railgun ammo rack and two more ammunition shelves below gunnery.

Removed a duplicate fire extinguisher.

Added a fire extinguisher to the shuttle.

Added several decorations (barriers, wires) around the sub; added 3 small lockers in the crew quarters; moved top right hardpoint slightly to the left (preventing larger guns to have their base off the hull section).

Improved pathfinding.

Properly tagged.
