- Fixed up Healing Arrows they now heal 20% of MAX HP over 15s
- Change the Healing Arrows Radius by 50% increase
- Fixed up Healing Waterskin now heals 20% of Max HP over 10s
- Change all wraps to Heal x% of missing HP + x% of Max HP over 60s at 5s intervals
