Updated for 4.0, checked animation keys still worked, cleaned unused files out of the pack file.

Updated for 2.3
Pruned down steam VFX. Removed VFX from passive ability on friendly units. Removed secondary cannon.
Added new melee animations. Adjusted meta files for attacks so melee should be more effective.
