Cleaning room update

  • Fixed removable tile sfx when removing them (they where set as 2D).
  • Made buttons stand out more since people weren't using them.
  • All buttons are now shootable.
  • Added power room SFX.
  • Lower guard spawn server sfx radius.
  • Fixed hand rail on the guard side that was pitch black.
  • Tuned lights on the dark part where the removable tiles are.
  • Added SFX to the power room and a set of heavy armor.
  • Fixed vent covers not using probes.
