• Moved the settings location. It is now located at the upper-left corner of the component as a cog button.
  
• The settings is now in a window instead of a dropdown menu.
  
• Now if you don't have any item to treat wounds, it will indicate "no action available" instead of showing nothing.
  
  
• Separated the wounds/items fetching code into a separate file.
