New unit added for High Elf roster

Starshooter Sentinels
These High Elf archers specialize in shooting arrows imbued with magical energy that and cause explosive damage upon impact, piercing through armor. Although similar to the Sisters of Avelorn unit, Starshooter sentinels differ in the fact that they are a more aggressive-use skirmisher, spaced further apart and designed to move around the battlefield quickly while being able to fire in any direction. Since this unit is designed for more aggressive guerrilla style skirmishing, they have less armor and less melee stats than Sisters of Avelorn.

Updated Red Crested Skink Cohort and Red Crested Skink Cohort (Javelins) to have 120 models per unit instead of 160, due to their much higher stats than their regular Skink counterparts.
