Added Giant Water Bottle support for Better Sorting

Added a Giant Water Bottle to the mod:

- Weighs 0.2kg when empty
- Weighs 20kg when filled
- Can hold 200 units of water
- Can hold 6 units of gasoline
- Can be found primarily in gas stations, office buildings, hospitals and safehouses.
- Can also be found in most places where bottles of water, empty or full, can be found, although very rarely

Added ItemTweaker mod support which should, in theory, add compatibility with Better Sorting and Noirs Attachments + Authentic Z backpack attachments. Here's hoping!

Update:

Added a dummy item entry item to add back the "Full" version of flasks, which should in theory prevent them from getting deleted when loading up a save, at least for those who haven't already done so. These versions should cease to exist when they're fully emptied, as when they get refilled they'll turn into the new "Water" version instead, effectively deleting the "Full" version from the game without deleting the entire object from your collection.

Recent update:

- Fixed all the alignment problems when drinking / pouring / filling / attaching bottles to the best of my ability, they look a lot less retarded now!

- Increased rarity of all the bottles due to some concerns about them being too common, hopefully they're not too rare now though.

- Corrected the Metal Flask from having identical stats to the empty bourbon bottle, it's now lighter as it should be.

- Dramatically reduced the poly count of the Gym Bottle, culling it from 4200 (!) polys to 280 - the sweet spot is between 250 and 500 polys.

- Added the ability to store gasoline in the bottles.

- Changed the name of the Flask icon to avoid future conflict with vanilla updates.

- Messed up everything for everyone by changing the item name from "CanteenFull" to "CanteenWater" to help tell the difference between "CanteenPetrol" - sorry about that, it won't happen again :(

Turns out giving your mod the ID "CanteensAndBottles" and then your distrib file the name "CanteenAndBottles" totally screws everything up for everyone.

Well, lesson learned now anyway.
