Fix ID problem...

This is all someone's problem, whose name start from player, end in blablabla.

Reorganized the ID list, it compatible with Kreslavskiy's Vanilla Weapons and Ammunition Overhaul now!

Also add explosive drum, nobody care it.

Add crafting recipes.
You can craft them in A6 now!
Use 2 drums to craft drum, or 2 5.56mags to craft mag.

Tape, what a shame.

Should work with mags of A6 Polaris now!

We add Shotshell drum and magazine!
