Removed Cold damage bonus from Hypothermia

Reworked Psychopomp to restore 1 ammo on headshot, removed damage bonuses, added 25% crit chance

Replaced Rift Walk with Chilblains, makes Cold damage ignore resists and Cold damage builds up Bleeding, adds 20% Cold damage buff

Buffed Memento Mori to give a 25% RPM boost as a passive effect

Reworked Harvest to trigger on all kills, buffed damage to quintuple max health of victim + 100 base damage, buffed radius to 200
