Elite accidently replaced its vanilla texture from the one intended for Romkas mod as it shared the same name internally, i have hexed the texture to prevent this for increased compatibility for reskins.

it was subtle but basically added a logo to the red arm armor and different elite eye.

Fixed hands, issue that went entirely unnoticed as when i was moving materials around i forgot to change the hands when they were looking for a material folder that did not exist.
