Repair: Some ladders on the map cannot be used

Please leave a message if you find a ladder that cannot be used on the vanilla map

Known bug fixes

1. Ladders with floor can be built

2. When there are multiple ladders, the ladder corresponding to the player's forward direction is preferred

3. Repair: player injured when descending the ladder

4. Repair: Players can walk across the floor when descending the ladder
