Some balance things and stuff

-Fixed incompatibility with chaos spawn reskin mod

-Nerfed move speed slightly 90-70
-Changed melee attack stats, more anti-infantry, more base, less AP
-slightly reduced ranged attack AP damage
-slightly reduced ability range and ap damage

Ooooooo buddy shes finally ready.

-Attack VFX redone
-Unit card redone
-Minportholespec done
-Anim weights redone
-recruitment moved to flamers building, unlocked alongside exalted flamers

-upgrading from spawn to greater spawn now requires rank 6 spawn, since vilich gets such easy access to spawn anyway

Alright!!!!! Woooo excited for this one, big updoot.

Lets go over them change notes

-Fixed some tail clipping
-Removed spine bone, it was very glitchy
-Added animated tentacles coming out of the side of the body. Please LMK how you feel about these!
-Now recruiteable by vilich
-Fixed some typos

-Added new special ability "Warp Scream"
-Added nods to the "Firewyrm"
-Added regeneration
-Added fire resistance, 40% this will combat the weakness to fire damage and give it some fire resist
-Buffed HP values a bit
-Buffed missile resist
