Updated hull names, for better AI waypointing and barking.

Disabled smart reactor algorithm, which was made obsolete by new updates(can be re-enabled again by some wiring.)

Changed waypoints around the sub.

Added new loading containers to make this sub more over-powered.

Adjusted the price to 14k.

Adjusted tier to 3.

Switched around the position of container and fabricator for intuitiveness.
