- rebalanced upgrade cost
- changed several upgrade effects
- Blessing of Profiency and Sublimity now require research to unlock
- added exclusive upgrades to Carcassone, Bordeleaux and Repanse
- several technologies now increase piety gained in battle
- Couronne gains +50% piety in battle
- AI factions should now also receive upgrades on their units after turn 50

Piety Changes:
• Starting Piety count reduced to 200 from 500
• Reduced piety gain from buildings and battles
• Costs for Upgrades have also been changed drastically
